UngenixAI LLC ("UngenixAI", "we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

2. What we collect.
Information you give us: when you submit the contact form or request a resource, we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include, including your company name and message.
Information collected automatically: if you consent to analytics, our analytics provider records aggregate usage such as pages viewed, approximate region, referring site, and device type. Our server temporarily processes your IP address to rate-limit form submissions; it is not stored beyond that.
We do not collect: payment details, government identifiers, health information, or any special-category data through this website.
3. Why we use it (and our legal bases).
4. Cookies. We use strictly necessary cookies to remember your consent choice and display preference, and analytics cookies only if you opt in. See our Cookie Policy. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the footer.
5. Who we share it with. We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, for the purposes above: our email delivery provider, our analytics provider, our hosting provider, and our CRM. We may also disclose information if required by law.
6. International transfers. We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred there, protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
7. How long we keep it. Enquiries: for as long as needed to handle them and then for 24 months. Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe. Consent records: 12 months. Analytics: per our provider's retention period.
8. How we protect it. Encryption in transit (HTTPS), access limited to people who need it, and no storage of sensitive categories. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights.
If you are in the EU or UK: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident: under the CCPA/CPRA you may request to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
If you are in another US state with a privacy law (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and Montana): you have comparable rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and opt-out.
To exercise any right, email support@ungenixai.com. We respond within 30 days (45 days for US state requests where permitted) and may need to verify your identity.
10. Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of analytics where applicable.
11. Children. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email support@ungenixai.com and we will delete it.
12. Third-party links. Our site links to other services, including hookpointtrends.com and third-party platforms. Their privacy practices are their own; this policy does not cover them.
13. Changes. We will post any changes here and update the "last updated" date. Material changes will re-trigger the cookie banner where consent is affected.
