1. Agreement. By using ungenixai.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this website is. This is an informational and marketing website. Descriptions of our products and services are for general information and are not an offer or a contract. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and UngenixAI LLC.
3. Our intellectual property. The site, its content, design, copy, diagrams, code, logos and the UngenixAI name are owned by UngenixAI LLC and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share the site; you may not copy, scrape, republish, or create derivative works from it without written permission. Automated scraping, including for training machine-learning models, is not permitted.
4. Third-party names and trademarks. Names of third-party platforms and AI providers referenced on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. Their use here is nominative — to describe compatibility or the tools we work with — and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated. See §7 below.
5. Acceptable use. Do not use this site to break the law, attempt unauthorised access, probe or test our systems, introduce malicious code, submit false information, harvest data, or overload our infrastructure. We may block access for any of these.
6. Submissions. Anything you send us through the contact form is treated under our Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential information, trade secrets, protected health information, or anything you would not want handled through ordinary business email.
7. No professional advice. Nothing on this site is legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Our AI systems and services are business tools; outputs should be reviewed by a competent human before being relied upon, published, or used in a regulated context.
8. AI output disclaimer. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent. Where we deliver AI-assisted work, the client remains responsible for reviewing and approving it before publication or use. We make no warranty that AI output will be error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
9. Disclaimer of warranties. The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UngenixAI LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability relating to the site will not exceed USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
11. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify UngenixAI LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.
12. Third-party links. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of sites we link to.
13. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Summit County, Ohio, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
14. Changes. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
